Items forgotten within the airport and parking areas are recorded and stored in our lost property offices. Our lost property office is located in the reception hall on the arrivals level. You can inquire about your lost items on the Çukurova International Airport website or by applying to the lost property office.
The storage and protection service of found items is charged according to the KÖİ tariff. The prices listed in the tariff table are for 24 hours (1 Day), and no fee is charged for items stored for a shorter period. The tariff table is as follows. (The prices in the tariff do not include VAT.)
No fee is charged for small items (glasses, watches, mobile phones, wallets, etc.) with dimensions under 10cm x 20cm x 30cm or a total dimension of less than 60cm. In addition, no fee is charged for medical items (wheelchairs, medications, respiratory devices, prosthetic limbs, etc.) regardless of size.
All identity cards, driver's licenses, passports, etc. found within the airport are delivered to the nearest police station within the airport.
