PRINCIPLES OF APPLICATION
Charges in the tariff include VAT. If there is a change in the VAT rate, action is taken accordingly.
DHMI Airport Fee Tariffs come into force with the approval of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure in accordance with Article 37 of the Turkish Civil Aviation Law No. 2920 and within this framework. 2026 PPP Projects Fee Tariffs will come into force as of 01.01.2026. It remains in effect until the new fee tariffs come into force.
The charges are not applied under the following conditions;
- (1) Vehicles listed in Act No. 5018 in the general budget listed in the State Organization Central Registration System \"DETSİS\", (Including rented vehicles purchased through service procurement) other than public administrations, special budget agencies, regulatory and supervisory agencies, social security institutions, local administrations (for a maximum of 2 hour)
- (2) Vehicels with Corps diplomatique plate numbers (upto an hour),
- (3) Vehicles used/occupied by disabled persons, veterans and duty invalids, provided that they present their documents (up to a maximum of 15 days each time), (For uses exceeding 24 hours, if the disabled person presents the passenger boarding pass or ticket for their travel),
- (4) Private vehicles of the 1st degree relatives of the families of the martyrs (up to maximum 15 days each time),
- (5) Private vehicles driven by DHMI staff (including DHMİ retired staff),
- (6) Private vehicles of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation staff using parking lots operated/operated by DHMI.
The first 15 minutes of use in our car parks are free of charge.
The fee to be calculated according to the duration of stay in the parking lot is charged with a 100% increase from those who do things such as washing vehicles in parking lots and disposing of waste from vehicles.
In the event of not leaving the car park within 20 minutes following the payment, the period exceeding 20 minutes is charged as per the tariff.
For parking exceeding 24 hours without a subscription, for the full days full day charge (12-24-hour charge) specified in the tables must be paid and for the remaining hours, hourly charge found by dividing the full day charge to 24 and multiplying the value found with the exceeding hours must be paid.
