The monthly subscription period covers a 30-day duration starting from the first entry without any exits. In the monthly subscription application, if multiple entries and exits are made, the rates listed in the table will be applied with a 25% surcharge.
There are no subscription options for Pickup trucks and Minibuses in parking.
The subscription process must be completed within the first 3 hours after the vehicle enters the parking facility.
For services such as vehicle washing and disposal of waste from vehicles, a 100% surcharge will be applied to the parking fee based on the duration of stay.
If the vehicle is not exited from the parking facility within 20 minutes after payment, the time exceeding 20 minutes will be charged according to the rate.
For parking without a subscription exceeding 24 hours; the full-day rate (12-24 hours) for complete days and for the remaining hours, the hourly rate calculated by dividing the full-day rate by 24 will be applied based on the excess hours.
The rates include VAT. In case of a change in VAT rates, adjustments will be made accordingly.
The first 15 minutes of parking are free at our facilities.
Vehicles (including vehicles rented through service procurement) belonging to general budget institutions listed in the Central Registry System “KAYSİS” of the State Organization, special budgeted institutions, regulatory and supervisory agencies, social security institutions, local administrations, and special budgeted institutions outside the scope of Law No. 5018 (for a maximum of 2 hours)
Diplomatic license plate vehicles (for up to one hour)
Vehicles used or occupied by disabled persons and veterans, provided they present their documents (each time for up to 15 days)
Private vehicles of first-degree relatives of martyrs (each time for up to 15 days)
